Hi guys, what are the programming languages required to make interesting cartoons like Naruto, Tom & Jerry, Barbie etc?

I don't think they use any programming language specifically, although I imagine C++ to be common for no reason in particular.
Programming isn't used much in animation, other than in making the animation software and some advanced 3D stuff. You should learn animation software and of course drawing and animation fundamentals. Flash was used in the past, but you'll have to research what software is used today. Toonboom?

Try paper and traditional animation, lol.
No programming.

You do not need programming languages to do that.... You can use Adobe Photoshop for editing the pictures and Adobe Flash or Adobe Animate... They are not free.. :(

naruto is not an cartoon and you don't need programming language for animation

I just used Tom and Jerry as an example. Cartoons like Batman, cartoons that speak. sound, movement etc.
