Traffic control system

Question

I am working on a project that detect of traffic density at any junction. My question is how or which method can I use to send a notification to the pedestrian about the traffic state.
I am using Arduino Mega 2560,LEDs,...Arduino IDE, Python 3. .

Romeo Cojocaru I was thinking about a bluetooth push notifications to pedestrian phones because I am making an app that the pedestrian can control the traffic lights for emergency cases .

**🇦🇪|🇦🇪** I don't think there is a good idea to send notifications of any kind to people phones.

Only if you create an app, they will install it, approve "terms and conditions", "privacy and legal terms" etc. You need to have a legal base to send and even access through bluetooth people mobile phones. You risk a lawsuit.
