Are multiple reports considered?

I am getting frustrated with a person whose only job here seems to be spamming​, spamming​ and spamming​. I want to report that account so many times that it will get removed ASAP. So, I want to know if all of my multiple reports will be considered or only one of them will be considered.

As after everyone reported James as spam...his account is still active! 👿👿

I was wondering the same thing... that turn me mad to see this kind bullshits. But most important is it makes you focus on report every single posts and make you forget to check real questions...
