How do you relax, catch some fun and unwind as a programmer?
Programming could really take a lot of time from you and could make you wind up a lot by yourself indoors with your laptop or mobile phone. The question goes: as a programmer, how do you manage to take some time away from coding and relax/have fun? What extra activities do you engage in? I strongly believe that there should be balance in everything and a programmer should also find some time to hang out, visit places and enjoy life away from code once in a while. So programmers, share your thoughts.

From time to time, I close my eyes and drown in a sea of memories. Fragmented time frames. Static images, hollow voices. Communities that once existed, promises which were never meant to be fulfilled. Strangers which once went by the name 'friends'. Old sceneries. The scent of rain. A warm fireplace, a sip of tea. Echoing laughter. Sound of sea. Evening melody. A pain in the chest. Happiness.
When tears come to a halt, I pull the curtains to their sides, tying them into a knot. Sunlight comes through, reflecting and refracting everywhere in the room, revealing static dust in midair. An old picture continues its rest beside my desktop.
It's a new day again. Time to boot up.
