A form button refused to work in Firefox because of JavaScript. Any suggestions to fix this please ?

Was filling out a form and on trying to validate it says JavaScript is disabled yet I double checked and JavaScript is enabled.
Tried using other browsers but most don't even open the form... They need a certain adobe forms extension, plugin or something.
