responsive web design certificate error

I have a problem with the responsive web design course and I have finished it but in the status it shows me that it is at 95% I have the claim certificate option enabled but when trying to claim the certificate it is not generated and when downloading an image or pdf it results in Error 404

Yeah I was about to write to support and attach photos, but im having the same problem. The certificate errors out. On the course page it shows only 95% done even though all modules are completed.

Kinda sad because i took HTML and CSS in a timeframe of a week to take that course.

To be honest, I have no idea why this is the case, but I had the same thing with C, over time the certificate appeared on its own.

(Clarification: this is only if you actually completed it, and if you did not complete all the projects, then the certificate is not issued).
