Youll need to install something.
Ex:
Python youll need to install an interperter
C++ youll need to install a compiler

G'day Yash Kaushik this is a bit different to what you are looking for, but there are many many proprietary and pay-walled languages/environments in the industrial electrical world.
Companies like Rockwell Automation running Allen Bradley PLCs have restricted access to their software, only authorised technicians can have the program (and it has a pay-walled subscription key so it can't be pirated).
Others like Integriti by Inner Range or Challenger by Tecom security have monthly updates, without them you cannot access the programming side of the site controller.

There has been an industry push to make languages free (including the development of C), hence the long standing popularity of Unix & variants. Languages such as Python are community run and maintained, so it seems that knowledge is always more powerful than money!
