It is hard to figure out when we dont know your code, so copy/paste it here.

Here is some things to check:
- Do you run code on browser what support javascript, and does your code use javascript?
- Make sure folder structure is same, you maybe need to change path to link css, or images.
- Also if you have installed libraries like bootstrap, you need to link it using cdn on your phone.
