User Story #14: On regular sized devices (laptops, desktops), the element with id="navbar" should be shown on the left side of the screen and should always be visible to the user.

Here's my code below for that story.

Use position: sticky; it will make your content fixed to top(fixed), but when user scroll it will follow screen(be always visible to user), probably this is what is asked for.
