My mi software consume so much hardware resource? currently at miui 12.5.1 and consuming 65% of system memory 😰😰I have 3633 mb ram total...Not forgetting it is also very heavy in both gpu and cpu cuz it uses lots of animations🤧

Bro it is common
Even, my device is using 60% of ram right now. i.e. 1.6 GB is avail. Out of 4GB
And I am using stock rom.

My device using 50% of ram. It is completly normal, lot of proceses need to run in background to make your device working.
You can delete app you don't use, stop them from starting when you don't use them. I don't know about your OS i use android phone, in android we can disable some apps we don't need, or by root your device you can delete this apps. This can boost your performance.
