Why is C# easy?

What is the reason why it's so easy?
Serious question. I'm learning it because of Unity game engine btw.

As a high-level programming language, C# class hierarchy is well-defined and intuitive. That is a pretty interesting language as it is close to C++. If you are planning to learn this one in the future, it will be easier.
