suppose, if i use same image 100 times in my web.
then my web loading time will be same or increase

I search for it, and I found that it depends on the browser and the html version it supports

so for some browsers it will load one image, but for others 100 ones!!
you can try in your browser with the developer tools(ctrl+i) > network then refresh the page and see how much requests.

I believe it takes longer, but the best way to make sure is if you try it for yourself :)
