Is it possible to use vs code in Android? If no then is there any 'All in one' compiler for coding?

Vs code is not a compiler, only a text editor. You can use it on Android, but it is not really convenient. On mobile phone, you are probably better off using web-based services like repl.it or even Sololearn.
Some programming languages also have their own online playground, example https://play.kotlinlang.org
