Pleas help button with multi function

Question

I need a button which starts an event before opening a side or pannel

Press button
↓
Plays progress bar red(duration. Random between 3-6 sec. When this is finished
↓
Plays progress bar green (duration. Random between 5-8 sec. When this is finished
↓
Open the link
