Need help to get notifications when consecutive increase or decrease of value to trigger at stated number of times

Question

Need help about the code attached on how to trigger notifications when Price goes up at a number of consecutive times

If for instance - price of Dash goes up from 50 - 52 - 54+ 58 and then back to 53 , in summary the price went up 4 consecutive times,

So if I want to trigger based on number of times set for the price to trigger whether up or down

Kindly help review the code drafted , it is not given more than +1 & -1 times
