Q about code optimization and code coach

Question

As far as I know, posting solutions of code coach challenges are not appropriate. but I want my codes to be reviewed for possible improvement, optimization and bug detection.
how should I proceed?

I think the people who wanna solve the code coach challenges themselves....they won't search for the solution first....And if someone didn't try to solve it and searching for the solutions first...they won't be able to learn anything .... it'll be their loss only....So u can just post your code solution here.... Sololearners will help u if there is any bug... :)
