You coyud add it to your CV, but it will only indicate that you are interested in coding and have done some self learning.

It is not an indication of any formal learning or verification of competency.

If you dont have anything than add certification, also you can add some free test certification (test dome is one of site where you can take test and get cert that you passed this test), some company will value this, some dont, but better to have something than nothing.

Most important is to work on projects, so post your projects to git and add it to cv, this can show tham what you can build with this knowledge, and help you to get to interview.

There is many self learners who managed to get job(even in top tech companie), it is hard path, but posible, just learn more, improve yourself, learn from mistake and failure, and you will make it.
