Why i cant solve data science project test case 2 average of rows?

Ive tried all code at disscussion about this project, but im still getting fail at test case 2
For ex, i try this code and still fail. The case bug or what?

It looks like this is some kind of bug, since before all my tests passed, but now they don’t, and the output in the second test shows with a double space:

[1.5 0.75 0.65]

Solo it's the same for me. Definitely a reportable bug.
