PLZ help me with this zip code validator

Question

the problem is that it should print true when all the elements are integers, but it does not, I just tried to check the element with the numbers from 0 to 9 but it still printed false.
this is a problem from the code coach. I spent hours with this and I don't see any possible solution anymore, I checked other codes but they use some functions and stuff I haven't

it prints true if it has exactly 5 digits and nothing else. Works fine for me. If you try more than 5 digits, it is supposed to print false.
