Logic for programming

Question

I cannot find in google about logic for programming- like how to make software system requirements, how to let software utilize system resources/hardware resources, and how to create update packages for software, how to test a software once after it is developed, how to assign file formats or file extensions, how to create an exe file, how to create a setup to install a specific software.

I don't know some terms to search these things in google, also last time I asked these questions but I didn't got the right answer, so can anyone give me an answer

Well there's no 1, 2, 3 steps to do this. In order to underatand this logic, you need to know how to use your language of choice. You need to learn the basics and a bit more advanced topics before you should even think about all of that
