HTTP ERROR 400 sololearn.com
Page won't loading anymore in laptop or phone with wifi connection, when connecting with mobile data page loading correctly. Any suggestions how to fix? Browsers cookies cleaning not helping.

Try to update the app maybe then it works fine

Dear Sakshi, please try to connect sololearn.com just from any browser with wi-fi connection. Has I told earlier everything works fine from mobile data, but nothing when turning on wifi connection, even from different spots. Cleaning browser not helping, because same situation with mobile phone, its not device problem.

I'm connecting via chrome, or any other browsers, never used any apps before

Then clear the cache maybe your app will run and if the problem occurs then give the feedback on Sololearn, I am joining from my phone so no problem in Sololearn app by this side.

I have the same problem. If I use mobile data - it's working. If I use wifi it's not. And I want to use computer, not the phone.

Maybe then give the answer for your doubt I hope.

Sakshi, Edvinas I did some testing. Solo learn web works with mobile data or on computer with VPN (I tried surfshark Latvia region). It looks like some kind of blockage.

So I tried second time to write email to www.sololearn.com/contacts for asking help with our problem, but seems, no body cares about it, and no matter that I paid money for learning here. Customer service on this site is terrible, definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
