You need to find a webhost I know some but I use OVH, they are not the best but at least you can trust them. Then the webhost will provide you a space to send your website files. You also need to buy a website domain to be able to get an URL online.
The first time you do it is hard cause you maybe will need to wait few hours to receive your website space after you buy it. It depends on the webhost. Then it's full of techincal words you probably don't know at first but after few days you should get it xD
