You need to make it readable , responsive (using Bootstrap is the easiest way). In ny opinion with 4-8 hours every day you can do a good job . But do it everyday and practice, after you learn something , practice that 2-3 times in other ways , be creative and don t be scared. When you are stuvk leave that and continue with another thing
