Number of Zeroes

1 digit : 0
2 digit :10,20....90 (9 times)
3 digit: ->only last no. 9*9=81
->only middle no. 9*9=81
->both digits 9*2 zeroes =18
1000 has 3 zeroes

9+81+81+18+3=192
