Can't Refill Hearts with Bits

Question

Hello! I have an issue with my account where after I'm running out of hearts, I cannot refill it with bits anymore. Back then, I always refill my heart with bits when I'm running out of it.

Is sololearn currently have a bug on this feature? Please also let me know if you have facing same issue with me, thanks!

Solved! I contacted SoloLearn team and they finally solve the issue on their end.

Clearing web cache and restarting it doesn't work.
