Where does this logic go wrong

I tried generating the test list to compare it against the input list taking the biggest number in my input list as the limit of the test list but I still fail the code coach exercise. Help!!

Mirielle thank you. The question did explicitly say we should start from min(y). My line of thought was creating a large range and outputting the omitted values
