Jay I'm curious did you start one of the python courses? If so which one? If there is something confusion let us know and we can help you through it.

Jay Learn python course https://www.sololearn.com/Course/Python-for-Beginners/?ref=app Never say you are idiot at coding you are beginner that's why you feel like that. Be confident, learn course, create code. If you still face issue ask question clearly with description using relevant tags. This will help the community to understand your problem and they will give proper guidance. All the best 👍

Name-calling isn’t productive, even if it’s aimed at yourself. 😜 There are a lot of good comments here so I’ll just add this: don’t hesitate to ask *specific* questions related to your codes or coding as you have them! And seriously, please don’t use derogatory language even towards yourself. For a multitude of reasons, but also because it sets you up subconsciously for failure.

Jay if you will say you are idiot without starting anything then I'm the biggest idiot who was not able to understand QBasics at first attempt. QBasics is one of the easiest language ever made but I never called myself idiot for that. Pierre de Coubertin says, "The important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win, but to take part; the important thing in life is not triumph, but the struggle; the essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well."

The computer is the idiot - not you, Jay. Your approach is all backward. Programming is all about teaching the machine to be smart like you. The hard part is in discovering how little it knows, and in realizing even the most trivial and obvious details are confounding to the computer. Understand the level of detail that it needs and learn to communicate your ideas to it. My father taught me this: "A computer is like a horse. You must teach it who is boss!".

😄 Yeah, a horse will throw you off. Get up and mount it again and again, trying something different each time until you break through.

1. I reccoment that you set a diffent mindset (It truly works wonders) 2. Take notes, if you find trouble later on, don't be afraid to look at your notes, I am not acidemic by any standerds (gr8 and not great) but a good mindset and my notes helped me learn beginner and part of int on c++. Just do it, don't worry if its not going well, just stay on track and don't be afraid to look back on previus lessons or check ansers (make sure you accually try first). Sincerely- Clayton Fast
