@Mods: Course Update Problem

Hello there,

I updated my Java course to the new proposed course. Because of that I lost all my progress and the certificate is locked although it was written that I would keep my current progress and my certificate.

How can I get my certificate back and unlock all the lessons without having to go through all of them again?

If you hadn’t completed the course yet Maisu , you wouldn’t have the certificate for it. I’m not sure where you saw you would keep your lesson progress, but you should have retained all XP and Bits you gained, as well as any code coaches or repos you saved.

You should definitely email in to [e-mail] so we can try to get you back into the old version of the course asap! And please include any information you were given about your progress saving so we can see where that messaging came from and fix it.

They should put them in the archive if anyone wants to use them, instead of removing access altogether.
