With so many people on this planet learning how to code, do you think coding skills will become a commodity?

...and programmers and software developer will become a "blue collar" job aka. cheap labour?

Not really, the point is even if u may b a jack of all codes, you should be a master in one. You shouldn't give anyone an opportunity to replace you 😉 You may get quantity but quality.. Nah.. It is rare very my friend.

the need for programmers just keep growing. Even with many people learning, companies will need more than what we will have, so it's not a worry for us, but it is going to be for them 😂

I dont think so, there may be a lot of people that tinker around with code, but to be a profesional developer is something different and very hard

Web design will not be needed so much because everyone will know it in a few years. But programming will stay on top without a doubt. Why I think web design won't be needed? Because after learning html and css, and going to a practical lesson with my school and seeing what wordpress can do I was convinced that even someone in elementary school can learn something so easy and yet decent looking within days.
