The best yt channel is all of them together. watch a lot of videos from a lot of people and find the one that makes the most sense to you.

That out of the way, a few that I've benefitted from are @freecodecamp (general purpose) and @JacobSorber (C specific). As before, though, ymmv because everyone has different learning needs.
