Feature suggestion: Random opponent should not be completely random

Question

Quite often, when I select a random opponent I get someone who has no skills in a language like C#. So every time I need to check that my potential opponent is skilled in the language I am learning. Otherwise most of the time he will simply decline my challenge.
I think only opponents that have skills in the chosen language must be selected. Does that make sense?
