you cannot, html can use only javascript as an interactive language. to use python or other languages of web you will need an advanced framworks like django, flask, fast API.

Maybe you were asking about Tkinter? You can look up tutorials for Tkinter basics.
But you cannot use Tkinter in Sololearn.
