Leave a comment on the copied code. He should credit washika or make it private. We're waiting for SL's reply to know how to handle code copies.

Ask Washika if he feels his rights to his code have been undermined and if Washika says yes, then Report the guy who copied.

Just a side note: There's actually Washika's name in the code and it hasn't been edited out, so I'm not sure if this counts as code stealing. While there has not been credits to Washika, there has also been no false claims made upon the code.
