You can't. Three is the most number of hearts you can have. If you ran out of hearts, you just wait and they will recover (4 hours for one heart).
UPD 16 Feb 2024. Note, that there were changes introduced since this answer was written. Now it's 5 hearts limit instead of 3.

Simple answer:
wait until 3-4 hours so your hearts will regenerate fully.

Hard answer:
Before you answer the quiz...
1. Read carefully.
Some of Sololearn questions are kinda tricky so you must clearly understand the question then choose the right answer.
2. Type carefully.
Sololearn doesn't compromise your small typo so type correctly. Don't rush yourself to answer quickly. Back to number 1, read carefully before submit your answer too.
3. If you can't answer right away, search the answer on the internet before choose/type the answer. Or if you don't want to take a long road, just pay it with your bits. But bits are expensive, so.... take your initiative to seek the answer anywhere.

Prevention/avoidance is better than lose for nothing. So that's why I told you about the hard answer.
