Web developing with mobile

Currently I have no computers or laptops but my question is,can I use my mobile for front end web developing?

I am currently using the app Dcoder for learning purposes 😅 (You can't really make Webs but you can see how your code looks like in chrome 😀

Actually....I do have friends that prefer coding with phones ......buh I meant BIG phones....so if u prefer using fone🤷🤷.... it's actually ur choice.....buh really won't recommend it
Though....am also using a phone to learn and practice python programming

I don't have much knowledge in laptop industry,
Can you recommend me some?
I just want it for Web developing and making real Webs,not for playing games.
The price could be around 200-400 $/€

Fortunately I have a 2gb acer laptop with windows 7 but unfortunately you need a wifi router for having internet 😑
But I convinced my parents to buy me a wifi and a laptop as soon as possible 🙃

You can learn frontend development by using phone. but for practice you need a laptop or pc.
