Sololearn still won't consider me a pro user and i don't know why.

It's been more than 8 hours, i know i'm being a little impatient but i'd like to be able to try the pro features before the end of my trial which, due to this issue, i might be met with a way shorter deadline than it should have been if things went okay after getting the free trial, i have contacted support but have to yet receive any answer, i don't know what to do now because i'm quite sure google is well aware of the fact i got the free trial but somehow sololearn thinks i didn't, i'm considering buying an actual subscription but since i was not even able to try out the features i'd consider it a bad move at the moment, i don't know whats the best course of action right now because i've been trying everything to no avail

There may have been a technical problem. just keep patience ,The problem will go away soon. And.. I will recommend to mail on sololearn via emailing `info@sololearn.com`. Sl team will help resolve the issue and ensure that you can access the pro features you signed up for.

did you check it? if you use a iphone / appstore / your account / abonements do you see there sololearn as abo?
