Coding foundation course materials

Hello friends,
I'm very new to the world of coding and want to learn about the web creation process. The type of course I took was coding foundation, but why after discussing HTML then the material on Sololearn discusses SQL, Data Analysis and Python? I thought after HTML I would learn about CSS and Javascript. Can anyone explain?
