As long as you give credit to who created it, it's not a big deal. If they are on Sololearn, you could ask them if it's ok to use their code with credit to them. And if they're ok with that just make it clear that it is not your code and you are only sharing it

You can set it to private or by selecting the options (in the app it's those 3 dots), you can delete it.
