[SOLVED] How can a question disappear?

Question

I did not delete it intentionally, does anyone know if you get a notification if your question is removed by SL or shall I just re-post it and see if it disappears again?
(That is about the one I posted two days ago XP for leveling)

Just got the following from SL:

@Nikolay Maybe someone posted spam or something against the rules in it? We had a question which was removed because of this and reappeared later. But you can just ask SoloLearn, email to [e-mail].

@Kuba It needs 3 reports by mods. And then questions are not deleted, but not public anymore until SoloLearn finally deletes ot reactivates them. But I don't think any of us mods reported this question.

They said: "post only programming questions and answers". Of course there are many posts which aren't programming related. I think my post was reported by people.

Since SL chose to keep all their rules hidden, I.e. what is the formula for the challenge XP, do opponents get same questions, which badges are weapon dependant, how much XP is needed for all levels, what is the XP gain of badges..., nothing is unfair. I never knew why we as a community had to figure those out.

If there is a game, there should be rules known to everyone and people to take care those rules are being followed.
