I would like to learn all of these things above but what programming language do I need to learn and could I have a tutor

One thing, my suggestion. If you use SOLOLEARN, you don't need to have a tutor. This app is a big tutor and this Q&A Discussion section is your problem solver, but definitely you need to show your efforts on your problems first. This Q&A section, prefer resolve on efforts. So, if you have problem ask question without hasitation. But attached your effort/code with us. And don't ask primitive type questions which are already solved in other platforms or available in search engine.
