HELP. UNFAIR STREAK LOSS

I had a 184 day streak, and I did my lesson yesterday, but today I did my lesson and it reversed to a 1 day streak. What do I do? Please help in restoring my streak

This is probably better solved by emailing [e-mail].
Another option is to use those streak savers...

At the end of it all, the streak doesn't really matter. I don't think you'll have a job interview where someone would ask you "how long have you been on ABC app everyday?" And then hire you if you're over some number.
At best it shows timely commitment but nothing to do with learning or knowledge.

I've sent them a mail but it's queued, don't know what else to do.
And yes you are right , it doesn't matter in the end, but I worked hard on it and would not like if it goes with no fault of my own
