How to remember what you learned

How do you remember what you learned anyone have any ideas?

Practice is important for remebering what you learned, through repition the information will stick in your brain. Sleep is also very important because your brain needs a break to process what you learned.

If you really want to know, your brain has these cells in your nervous system called neurons. Your neurons are connected by synapses. Information flows through these synapses. And so wheneve you learn something new, your brain creates new synapses. However, you cant take in all of the information you learned at once, you need rest and breaks because your brain still needs time to process all of this information.

The brain is like a muscle. If you keep practicing what you learned , the synapses will get stronger and you will remeber better. Repetition and practice will help retain that information.

Im no neuroscientist so I could be wrong on some of this

If you write the code on notebook and practice daily then you can easily remembered that code.

After I finish a lesson, I go into code playground and make a code using what I learned from that lesson OR make a comment about what I learned IF it is not too important or valuable. I save the code aswell so I get an explanation from myself, making it easier for me to understand. I also check if the code is working so that I know how to use the piece of code.

Find your weakness it may can be less practice or listening skills and so on. once, you get to know that it'll be easy for u to you to be better at your skills

I use a similar method as
Kongpheng Lo, and the rest is mainly enthusiasm, repetition, curosity, repetiton, rest, repetition, ... you get the picture I guess. ^^

it's not mandatory to memorize every single code you learned it, the only way you can memorize is to practice and practice and also making your own projects from zero to become your hands dirty in code
