For building a user interactive website...which programming language shld be used?..php or .net?..or suggest any other...plz

It depends on what you mean when speaking of interactivity. There are ways to make some interactivity at web page with JS but usualy it's not enough. Some things you can only do/make using some programming at the back-end. It's usualy something else, not JS. But there is a way to do everything with JS only. Node.JS, it's JS for back-end (and it's cool in some ways, but it's still uncommon). You can check it. Do you know that you better have some knowledge of SQL (and DBMS) too? But those back-end parts could be "exchanged" to some good CMS (Wordpress for example, it's PHP but you don't need to know this language to start using CMS). (Same) as you don't need to write web-server yourself (use Apache or nginx or MS IIS instead), you are able to leave writing/designing/developing back-end for interactivity to others.

no not acually it allows also the interactivity for the user.

I want to build a website which works as like the Uber app...that kind of interactive site i wanna build...
