I need a heart :(

Hi I'm still new here and I don't know much I took some courses yesterday and because I made some mistakes in them I lost my heart and now I heard that I have to wait 5 hours to get them back. i have been over 15 sota but i only got one heart shouldn't i have more?

well technically you should maybe it's a glitch. Im gonna try helping although im not a big professional maybe try restarting your device.
