what do mean by can we make Android game's ? are you talking about a Language ,but I'll try to explain sth maybe it will help you , look if u wanna make a native Android apps or games you have to learn Java Language then Android SDK , otherwise you have to try to find a framework which can help you to make the language you use producing Android apps for example you have Kavy for python or Ionic and Cordova for JavaScript ..etc I hope that I could help you brother and for any other information you can reply here

Best way is using android studio, you need to learn java and xml first. I don't know if there is somewhere an IDE in google play that allows you to do that, but I don't think so.
