Is it better to create webpages with python?

I mean, using Django and so on... instead of another languages, since script languages and the markup language html.

What's really need to create a page using python besides it.

Simple website: HTML + CSS + Javascript

Dynamic website / Web Application: HTML + CSS + Javascript + Python/PHP/Ruby/Perl

Python Framework: Django
PHP Framework: Laravel
Ruby Framework: RubyOnRails
HTML + CSS Framework: Bootstrap
