I learn things but not know what should I build out of it what project what things should I build

Question

I start stop many times but again I started learning from 0 web development I learn concept know also but I can't think of what should I build if I think of big or complex that I can't build if I think of small it seems like what will happen making such small things then I don't build anything like I learn table form in html also know little bit css but what to make now? I mean this is biggest problem like there is landing page project in html course that is good like you learn step by step then you aplly that as per question then is there any website or resources where I can get task to improve my web development skill and also to get idea what buil saying that build portfolio and alk sounds good but I want something where I get a task to write a paragraph to building entire webpage to website

I would suggest making a Web page about something you enjoy, and learning more about css in the process

Why not rebuild the landing page from the beginning and only look at the lessons or code if you're stuck?
You could try building landing pages for some of your favourite things.
