Here's what I was just told:
Google Forms does not natively support adding tables directly into a form question. However, you can use a few workarounds to achieve a similar effect:

1. Using Images:
- Create a table using any spreadsheet software (like Google Sheets, Excel, or any online table generator).
- Take a screenshot of the table or export it as an image.
- In your Google Form, add a new "Image" question and upload the table image.

2. Using HTML or Embedding:
- Google Forms itself doesn't support HTML or embedding for tables.
- However, if you own a website, you can create a table there and then link to it from your form.

3. Descriptions:
- Use the "Description" field in a question to imitate a table layout by carefully formatting the content with spaces or special characters, though this is quite limited and not visually appealing.
