Certificate After Course Completion?

Do I have to be a program user to claim a certificate after completing any course? I am currently planning to complete a Java course tho I know Java(just for certificate), so if I completed this course will I get certificate as a free user?

You should get the certificate at the end of the course.
The only courses which don't offer a certificate for free, as far as I'm aware, are the A.I. courses. This is because Sololearn pays the A.I. companies to use their tech, so you pay Sololearn and the world's economy keeps turning.
