Can I translate this programms to Russian language? Or where i can download Russian version?

There is no Russian version of SoloLearn yet. The only language that is (should be) used here is English. And it doesn't seem like they are going to translate it. So maybe it's better to learn English, that will be helpful anyway

For JavaScript it's better to know HTML basics, but for C++ you don't until you start implementing it in web design, which you probably won't

No there is no Russian version of this app now. You can get some apps made for single courses in Russian (if I'm not mistaken these ones are translated: HTML, C++, Javascript, Python). Но некоторая функциональность этого "unified" приложения будет, увы, недоступна, например те же соревнования-викторины/challenges. Ну а английский так и так надо изучать, улучшать, практиковать.

Oh, I've checked the last version of Sololearn app "Learn Javascript" ("Учим Javascript") and it already has that challenge feature! (Wow!)
